How long we keep your Data

In this context, Champagne Louis Roederer may collect and process personal data concerning persons suspected of having committed such offences, implicated in such cases, or witnesses of such offences. This information will only be kept for the needs and duration necessary to verify the facts detected or reported, and then, if necessary, for a period of five (5) years from the last incident noted, for the opening of legal proceedings or the means to put an end to such practices until the final settlement of the case or, in the event that Champagne Louis Roederer decides not to initiate legal proceedings.
