Dosage
2018 was an exceptionally hot, dry and bountiful year - and remarkably healthy too.
After an unusually wet winter, the spring was mild and stormy. The summer was particularly hot, dry and sunny, surpassing even the records set in 2003. The harvest was abundant and the grapes were in near-perfect health, resulting in elegant, fruity wines.
Tasting notes
This Rosé is fabulously fresh with a clean, vibrant fruit that reflects both the terroir and the infusion technique used to create it.
Seductive and well-structured, it reveals a dense body with a bright, juicy, saline sensation and aromas of blood orange and tangy fruit, interwoven with sweet floral notes. The broad body, lifted by saline notes, is flavoursome and fleshy, giving one the impression of biting into a perfectly ripe and juicy fruit.

Ageing potential
Our champagnes undergo an extended period of ageing to allow them to gently evolve and mature, gaining in structure and depth, whilst developing highly nuanced aromas over the years.
You may enjoy them in the purity and chalky freshness of their youth or, if you appreciate more mature champagnes, wait a few more years or even decades for their candied, spicy notes to emerge. Our champagnes have a long future ahead of them and their destiny is in your hands!
